LaboPass™ Tissue kit는 동물의 조직, 혈액, 체액이나 배양세포, 곤충, 박테리아 등으로부터 세포의 total DNA를 추출해주는 키트로서, 간편하고 신속한 결과를 일관되게 얻을 수 있습니다. 본 키트는 개선된 세포융해방법과 섬유막을 사용하는 spin column방식의 키트로서, spin방식과 vacuum방식 모두 적용 가능하며, 편리한 실험방법으로 인해 여러 시료로부터의 동시추출도 용이합니다. 본 키트로 추출한 DNA는 후처리과정 없이 PCR이나 Sounthern blotting, AFLP, RFLP, RAPD, 기타 효소반응 등 많은 실험에 바로 사용가능합니다. LaboPass™ Tissue plus! kit는 혈액과 그 부차산물들로부터의 DNA추출을 추가적으로 제공합니다.
