Genomic DNA purification using LaboPass¢â Tissue kit. Several kinds of animal tissue were applied; rat liver(lane1,2), rat kidney(lane3,4), rat brain(lane5), rat spleen(lane6), rat lung(lane7), rat heart(lane8), NIH3T3 cell line (lane9), bovine whole blood(lane10), bovine liver(lane11). Elution was done with 100ul of Buffer AE. 8ul of eluates was resolved on 0.8% agarose gel.

Total DNA purified from rat liver using LaboPass¢â Tissue kit was partially digested with BamHI(lane2,4) and EcoRI(lane3,5). Lane 1 represent undigested DNA. M: Lambda-BstP1 DNA standard.

DNA laddering of ischemic rat tissue. The resolving pattern of genomic DNA extracted from ischemic tissues(lane9-16) was differed from normal tissues(lane1-8). DNA was purified using LaboPass¢â Tissue mini kit. Each lane represents 10ul from 100ul of eluates.
